Tempo in Karaoglanglu, definitely the best, but make sure when they give you a piece of paper you write down exactly what you want cake to read, then your phone number, it can be ready next day and as cheap as 15 tl, good luck.

Speak to Fatma at Chat Lamb on Saturday mornings - she makes lovely cakes and decorates wedding cakes, birthday cakes etc
