I like all things Turkish, except the coffee, sorry, cannot stand the stuff, mine's a nescafe, half a teaspoon of nescafe, a spoonful of sugar and hot milk. I am a wimp when it comes to coffee

Probably have a caffeine dependency problem, but can live with it.

Good idea Deniz1 - I would like to see the face of the owner of a little cafe when we put in an order of 35 Sade 40 Orta and 65 Sekerli. I wonder if they would have enough coffee cups?

I'm afraid I don't like any coffee so a good cup of tea is my tipple. Like Turkish tea, black , but difficult to find nowadays as the restaurants tend to serve tea bags!

I make really good khave according to my neighbours.
Have to own up I use a machine, without it I make what my husband descibes as crap Turkish Khave. Can't win them all.

Yorkshire tea.Brew tea bag for three minutes.Squeeze,and remove.But always add the milk last.

Az şekerli lütfen, sometimes capaccino for a change.
But at this time of year, iced coffe. Powdered coffee and sugar to taste, whip up with half milk and half water and add ice cubes, or if not too worried about your waist line, a dab of vanilla ice cream.
