Going rate for cleaners please

what is a reasonable rate for cleaners hourly or daily this year given the rise in everything?

100tl - 120tl per day depending on if they work every week for you or less is my experience.

Most working days are about 7 - 8 hours I would have thought?

I would of thought 10tl for the actual person who is doing the cleaning / tidying an hour is fair if they are collected, dropped off and all the cleaning equipment they need is supplied. Unless of course they make their own way there, bring their own cleaning equipment and are actually skilled at cleaning and are legal to work here.

120tl a day 600tl per week way above minimum wage which 1415tl a month and probably these people working for this are probably working 6 and half days a week and have their living accommodation deducted. But with so many 'bored' people cleaners should be 2 a penny
