Multimax good service

Sunday, a small problem with my recently installed NTV. Rang up the helpline, English speaking lady translated my issues to a Techie, tried a few things unable to get a long term fix was told someone would call me the next day. They did, I was at work and they asked me to text that evening when I was at home and let them know when the TV was on so they could check. I subsequently deleted the number, silly me! so when i got in I went on the online helpline. My request was answered by the owner himself and I was duly furbished with the troubleshooters number and texted him. An hour later he phoned me and said there was an issue with the router and they needed to come and look at it. I said I would be home from 3 the next day but also stated there was no real rush. Around 3 the next day they rang me to say they were on their way and asked for final directions. Arrived shortly after 3, problem seems fixed.

No complaints just wanted to share my experience of the good service.

I'm sure Multimax and any other companies appreciate posts that praise the service they endeavour to offer. Often it is more about beefs than bouquets and at the end of the day even complaints can be an opportunity to make a happy customer. I had my own business for many years serving both corporate/commercial and domestic customers and the simple secret is "communication". Keep the customer advised of what you are doing and invariably they will appreciate the efforts you are making even if it sometimes takes a little longer than anticipated. Just respond, even if its just a phone call, and most reasonable people will acknowledge the effort made. Simple.
