Multimax good service

Sunday, a small problem with my recently installed NTV. Rang up the helpline, English speaking lady translated my issues to a Techie, tried a few things unable to get a long term fix was told someone would call me the next day. They did, I was at work and they asked me to text that evening when I was at home and let them know when the TV was on so they could check. I subsequently deleted the number, silly me! so when i got in I went on the online helpline. My request was answered by the owner himself and I was duly furbished with the troubleshooters number and texted him. An hour later he phoned me and said there was an issue with the router and they needed to come and look at it. I said I would be home from 3 the next day but also stated there was no real rush. Around 3 the next day they rang me to say they were on their way and asked for final directions. Arrived shortly after 3, problem seems fixed.
