Walking shoes / trainers required.

Hi,
As part of my daily exercise regime ( as required to reduce cholesterol levels ) I have added to the mix walks up the paths/ dirt tracks towards Bellapais and beyond.
However, the walking shoes I decided to wear are giving me blisters on my heels, even tried wearing 2 pairs of socks...
I have a decent pair of trainers for my running but didn`t really want to use these for the mountain tracks.
As I don`t anticipate going to the UK for a while can anyone recommend a shop. I know there is one opposite the Dome but despite having been here a while have never bought shoes here.......
