I really think these types of forum are the wrong place to air grievances like this. True or not it always comes across as an axe to grind, sour grapes or public laundry washing and seldom comes across well.

Nothing of the kind Jonnie; we were warned and chose to use our discretion and give the benefit of the doubt.
I have no axe to grind and no grievance, we are just tired of being asked the same questions - "Why did you leave The Hut" so I have put this on public record. Enough said.

No grievance?? Are you sure?

....and of course to get maximum effect you have posted pretty much the same thing twice as you also post in the Job Vacancies Hut Lapta post.

as for using "discretion"........

Jonnie with respect, If don't like what you read then switch off instead off turning this into a match.
Mercenary this isn't the first time i have heard this and it should stop. Every staff member is forced out with this treatment and then not paid and its always the staffs fault. I refuse to go there due to this happening to another girl who worked there, she was lovely.
Its about time someone stood up and highlighted this disgraceful behaviour.

Not turning it into a match at all, I expressed an opinion that I do not believe this it the "forum" to air such grievances.

The problem is, what can be done? There is no Employment Tribunal in NC & obviously this couple seem at the end of their tether over this.

i would suggest that is not place for this type of posting if you have any personal issues with someone please do it in private its not doing anyone any good here

sometimes its always good to let people know about people that treat people this way hence anyone else falling into there trap and I thought forems were put here sopeople can voice there opinions and not be told to shut up. here here .

I have deleted the first post in this, as I believe it to be against forum rules. If Soner disagrees with me (and he is the Boss) then I will put it back.

it really is not in thepublic interests to air such personal grievances, which are best dealt with by the people concerned.

I can quite appreciate that people are hurt by what they feel is wrongful behaviour towards them, but I feel this posting is what comes under 'a personal attack' and is thus against the rules.

I have also temporarilyt locked this, - but as I say, if Soner feels I have acted incorreclty as a moderator, then I will stand corrected.

This is a case for lawyers and courts, not public forums.
