Not yet! In retrospect it is a nice place to live but not try to work. It has a future in Tourism but a total paranoia and a belief that they can do everything themselves shows in the abysmal results they achieve. Admin, taxes, regulations make it difficult to even try. The few advantages they have are wasted.
