I got my PTP today and the deeds are ready for me to collect. It has taken a year and two weeks to come through which seems quite quick compared to other folks. Downside I now have to pay!!

maybe they realised at long last it cash !

I have often said that if they speed up the process they will get the money faster.

We were recently also informed that our PTP had come thro - taken just over a year which appears to be a little quicker than in the past.

Money was put aside so now looking to finish off the process.

I got mine through this week too!!
As did my neighbour(who bought a year before me).

I think someone has bought a new ink pad for the rubber stamp!

Maybe Philoz ! I think I have been lucky with my builder we all have our kocans. Its the same one as Poshindevon.
