Marie-Louise Winbladh, an archaeologist and artist, was curator for 35 years
at the Medelhavsmuseet in Stockholm, and she specialized on the archaeology of Cyprus and Crete. From 1971 until 2001 she was in charge of the famous Cyprus Collections in Stockholm. She produced exhibitions and has also written several books on archaeology, history and religion in Cyprus and Crete during
antiquity.
