Missing mail

A new angle on this topic,well new to me,my pension company has just informed me that they have had 2 letters returned from Turkey "address not found",anyone else come across this?
Personally, no, but what exaclty is the address (although perhaps I should not ask that here). Was there anything missing form the address, such as Mersin 10, or the postcode . Has this happened, one wonders with the introduction of the new post codes?
it will be very interesting to hear if others have experienced the same. Plus of course for how long your pension company have been writing to you, as it does seem strange that suddenly this should have happened. Definitley worth a follow through.
have you spoken to BRS who take an interest in these things?
