Garanti Bank did not pay our electricity bill last week

Despite setting up a direct debit which has worked successfully for quite a few months, last week on going into the online banking it flagged up a message 'Kibtek payment ****TL not completed'. Despite prolonged contact with Garanti they have come to the conclusion that it is 'Kibtek's fault'. This leaves me with an overdue bill + penalty so would advise members not to take these payments for granted.
