Girne Belediye has a brain cell at last

This morning I went to the Belediye office near the Wednesday market to re-register my dogs.For the first time in 9 years, I was not given a new disc.I was given the new registrations with last years numbers on it.At last they seem to have realized what a waste of money a new disc each year was.
