Have just checked on the HBPG website for the documentation needed they are saying either a TRNC residency stamp or a UK police report. Does anyone know if this is still the current requirement please?

If you are from UK,you need a Police record check, a residency stamp & you will need to make a local will. That is requirements we needed,Nov.2012.Still awaiting PTP.

Hi thanks for info so the HBPG statement that PTPs are now only taking 3-6 months is not correct in your case?

When purchasing a property here in TRNC, make sure your title is for the "house " not the land. Otherwise you will need to re apply to Title Deeds Office again to have your house included on the "title".

Block paving the process is certainly a lot more complicated than 'applying to the Title Deeds office' for the house to be on the land.

I agree ozankoys, but I wanted to point out that it wasn't as easy as applying for PTP. I didn't want to alarm the people who reads this post...But it is a common oversight that once one gets the PTP and the title deeds of the land, its over. People had been mislead by most of the "construction companies" that land title is enough. Not knowing that the house or the building has to be included on the title deed. But luckily we are here as " Black Olive Property Management" to assist with these procedures...Our tel no. for these inquiries are 0533/0542 887 6333..For those who has "FINAL APPROVAL" issues...

Deniz,my mistake,a will is not needed for PTP.You need one after receiving them though.According to Advocate.Latest prediction for receiving ours is early 2014.(Applied for Jan 2013).
