Having bought a 25m extension hose from marshalls last year and having had to put 2 connectors to it because of kinks/ leaks in the hose, tonight another 2 appeared so tomorrow it`s the bin for it.

I should have realised you only get what you pay for but it`s finding a decent quality one.

Suggestions please. Polite ones ...........

I've had mine for 7 years, thoroughly abused it throughout and never had a problem with it. I bought it at the glass fronted yapi market on the left a couple of hundred metres past the Golden Lady as you head towards Lapta. That said, I don't think it was exclusive to them. But unlike most it was yellow and marked 'professional' and about twice the price of the green ones - well worth it though.

on TV in UK are endless Ads for "no kink" hoses. I must say they looked extremely good but weren't cheap. Apparently they role up to virtually nothing and are collapsible. You might be able to purchase them down south at Homebase (or whatever it's called)

It`s very good to suggest going South but as we hardly ever go , except to walk over sometimes............that will cost €25 just for the car insurance....................bit of an expensive hose.

had mine for about 8 years from Green Garden and only problem was when the dog was a puppy and chewed it!!
