Hasan Sungur

It is good to see that Hasan Sungur is trying to breathe life back into the property market with his idea for some form of public insurance scheme (Cyprus Today, Wednesday).
As no details have been released it is difficult to comment on the scheme. In the somewhat unlikely event that a workable scheme can be introduced it will, undoubtedly, increase even further the costs of buying a property in the TRNC as no insurance policy comes without the payment of a premium.

If there is any support for these ideas perhaps the government could be lobbied through HBPG.
