Government Offices and Banks will be closed.
I was planning to pay my car tax and go South - won't be able to do the tax and I guess that Metahan will be hoaching (really busy for the non Scots) so no point in doing that either.

What about visitor sites? e.g. Salamis, Famagusta etc Are they closed?

Any one know when the banks will be closed around the 10th August another bayram starts then I think.

The 8th (Tursday) & the 9th (Friday) are holidays and the 10th falls on a Saturday.
