This poor creature is cooped up in a tiny dirty cage and I need to find him a home asap.

Maybe you could ask in the new place opened 'The Wild Duck' on the main between Lapta and Karsiyaka, they have birds there..it's worth a try.

Please don't give it to my next door neighbour, there is already a menagerie there
