Waterproof cast cover?

I'm looking for waterproof cast covers (for arm and leg), have checked a few of the medical places who either haven't heard of them or don't have any in stock. Has anyone seen any in the North? Sick of using plastic bags that either rip or leak, and still have another minimum of 4 weeks in casts.

Couldn't the doctor advise where such things can be found? what about the medical shops around Girne? there is one not far from Girne hospital on the opposite side of the road coming into town. Hope you heal soon!

Thanks, I'm beginning to think time runs slower with broken bones! The doctor suggested bin bags (which I'm using at the moment) and the 3 medical shops I've managed to find in Kyrenia either don't have any in stock or have never heard of cast covers (one actually asked if there was a reason my casts couldn't get wet and if the doctor had told me it couldn't)! A friend suggested maybe a pharmacy somewhere might have but the few I've managed to ask don't have any. If anyone sees them or has one (or in my case, 2!) going spare I'd really appreciate a message.

Try the pharmacist near the Korenium golf club. If she does not have one in stock she will order you one from a Catalogue, hope this helps.

Try wrapping it in duct tape-all yapi markets sell it.
It won't win any beauty prizes admittedly, but it will be waterproof for a good while.
Hope this helps.
