I have three 1 Donum plots in Karsiyaka which I would like to amalgamate onto one Kojan to make selling easier.
Apparently this requires a surveyor and architect to draw up the necessary plans to support an application to the Land Office.
Has anyone had similar work carried out and can share their experience!?
Recommendations on who to ask for a quote would also be very welcome and an indication of cost.
