Great read and for us back here in the UK a great way to pick up on all the news etc.

It also is helpful to know what on where etc - so when we are coming across we can try some new restaurants, bars or music venues.

Owl Lady, yes, can add link to last issue. However, if you click on Search button then click in Date field search box, you will see a calendar pup-up, select last Thursdays date and it will pull the links for that issue.

Yay on edition 2, it was good- like an update from issue 1 (Yen family and sports)
I'm glad that some Turkish culture is in the paper which helps in learning and living in a Turkish(/cypriot) based country.
Thank you for the information about when a family member or something Turk passes on. I'm married to a Turk, but still haven't been faced with death yet, Masallah. Unfortunately, had a friend's g-father pass on and all I knew was sorry. I wasn't sure what else to do or say.I would have given a dessert dish; but, the wife is watching her weight and already requested that I not give her any desserts (before). Well, since the recipes in the paper sounded good and healthy I should have tried and made those!
Idea/ suggestion: KidzKorner (?) anything to everything involving kids (of all ages to 13?)
schools, parks, toy stores, play-dates etc.
And if someone wanted to, can post crafts, activities, or projects/ DIY to do at home.
Like recipe of how to make homemade play dough (1 recipe or such a week).
I know all this can be googled, but just a fun section in the paper concerning kids.(?)

No money in it, but you would make a lot of people happy!!!!!
