Multimax looking for renting Office Space in Girne

Hello,
Multimax is considering moving its HQ to Kyrenia. Our position and needs can be explained as follows:
We already have a shop in Karakum near Lemar, we may consider to keep this place as our shop and just get a location, that does not have to be in a prime spot) close-by for administrative offices. One or a couple of villas/houses next to one another, or a few flats in the same apartment may be considered. Non furnished, preferably within 1km of Karakum Lemar, nothing very old. We need space for personnel and also meeting rooms and for storage as well, 400sqm + total space is needed.
Alternatively, if there is a big enough place in a prime location, we might consider moving shop front together with everything else. Standalone business centers or roadside shops with flats upstairs (we can get one of shops and the flats upstairs for office use for example) may be suitable. Again, at least 400sqm space is required. In this case, any place between Cratos on Catalkoy side and GAU on Karaoglanoglu side is considered. We need to be in a central location so cannot do any further than that.
The contract period can be upto 5 years if we find something we like or shorter if something more temporary.
Dont want to mention a budget right now but we are willing to pay for the right place, but we will never overpay a place's worth. Only ready to move in places please, not interested in going into construction business...
