I posted on the forum that I was having problems connecting my laptop t my tv and getting a stable Picture. Kemal (kbasat) was very helpful and today sent someone to look at the problem. Erolz solved it for us and now we have a clear Picture. We are not customers of multimax although we do have theır NTV. Thank you so much for your help, it is greatly appreciated.

I would also would like to thank multimax. Posted on here three days ago about bad service I must take it all back. MULTIMAX contacted me to offer there package, it is now installed and I cannot believe the big difference it has made. I have used extend for years and thought that was as good as I could get, how wrong.

Had a minor issue last night, logged on the the website at about 11pm, spoke to KB himself, problem solved. Cannot fault them really!
