Does anyone know if there are still turtles hatching at Alagadi or have a contact number for the Turtle project?

Yes they are still hatching, get more info from Call: +905338725350 (Jun 1st-Sept 30th)

Also we have hatchings at Guzlyali beach nr Karsiyaka. Still 5 nests left to hatch. Check out our face book page' Karsiyaka Turtle Watch' every day for hatching/excavation information. Best year yet with 59 nests , 3 of which were Green & 56 Logger.

I've been twice to the beach at Gulzelyali(?) Karsiyaka recently. Volunteers are very good and if you have children in your party they will allow the baby turtles to be held by the little ones which they love doing. Highly recommend going.
