Do you have to get the test done the same day as you pay for it. I only ask because I am at Girne Hospital on monday(tomorrow) and could pop next door to pay the fee. However, I wouldn't want to go for the test then as I will have my wife in the car with a broken leg and I don't want to keep her hanging around, hence going a different day.
Many thanks

Just been into Tijen to book my car for a service, and they were very helpful. They explained to me when my MOT test is due and that they will be happy to do everything for me, including emissions test, and taking the car for it's test. They seem very genuine and very helpful, so thanks for posting their name on here
p.s. car is in for a service tomorrow, so we shall see if they live up to expectations

Good idea to make sure it is clean including the engine and all the lights work, mudflaps at rear and tyres good with no perishing or crazing.
I have paid a couple of days early before but whether that is still the case but I do not see why not as I have failed before and gone back with the same ticked a week later.
