Harita when you say "freezing" do you mean buffering or literally freezing ? Obviously if buffering then it is more likely to be a temporary dip in your internet speed. Have you logged on to Filmon properly or just getting it through your computer/tablet etc? regards Barry

Barry .. The Tv is connected direct to the internet .. Filmon freezes for a few seconds & then starts for a few seconds .. On & off ..
Logged on correctly ..

Hi Harita,

We are having the same problem with filmon. Ours is linked via the computer but we are with multimax so should have 5mg
It has been like this for more than 2 weeks now. We are in the Esentepe area.

Ours has been really good lately, film quality better and we have used the recording facility which is free ( limited use per month and the play back which is in HD did not buffer once. Don't speak too soon!!! Definitely check your internet connection. Try unplugging everything and leaving for 10 minutes and see if this helps. Not knowing your system if you are connecting via a router change the port that the cable from the router to your tv is running from. I have heard that the performance from a port can reduce overtime.
