I wanted to cheer my friend up, as she had to deal with several health issues. As I live so far away and having to rely on public transport I could not visit her. A while ago, my friend told me that her mother always made her some mini apple pies, instead of mince pies as she did not like them.
I asked Fatouche if she could make 12 and deliver them to my friend. Not only did she make them, she refused payment and asked me to donate to a cancer charity.

My friend just loved the surprise!!!! And she loved the pies, said the pastry was wonderful!!!!

Now can somebody tell me, how to donate?? And who to??

If ou w anted to Help North Cyprus Cancer Charity Trust which purchases equipoment for the hospital, then Angela Hasman is the person to contac.t Again I can give full details.

As to Fatouche cakes - they are G O R G E O U S (and come to thnk of it, so is she!!!!

I couldn't agree more - she's a star and helped me out over Christmas. I didn't even bother to pretend the pastry is mine, I just sing her praises!!
