Dog Registration.

KAR wish to remind you that all dog registrations are due for 2015.

If your dog has a microchip and that microchip has been registered with the Government Veterinary Department then you only need to renew your annual registration with your local Belediyre. You will need to show your microchip certificate and your dogs Vet Book. Make sure that if your dog has been neutered that it is shown in his/her Vet Book. For neutered females the registration charges will be the same as male dogs.

If your dog does not have a microchip or you he/she has one but you do not have a Government Vet Dept certificate then you need to update this as soon as possible.

Your local Belediye will be checking homes with dogs for their registration throughout the year.

PLEASE BE A RESPONSIBLE DOG OWNER AND ABIDE BY THE TRNC LAWS.

Thanks for that. I was late last year and wa snot sure if it was a beginning of the year 'chore'. Wish someone would put a ruddsy pig poster in my village , cos I am sure that the dogs that are left to play in the street all day and who lack a collar probably lack microchips etc.

Maybe the Muhtar will put something up.
