We purchased a pork joint a couple of weeks ago which was already netted, after roasting it was completely unedible.
This was our first purchase from this counter. I will say it will be our last, if this counter is run by the same pork shop on the West side there is no wonder.
I will stick to the best supplier in the North, which is Tempo for all pork products including wonderful boiled ham.
