Golden oldies

A new home having been found for Golden Lady (now Bufffy) makes me want to mention that the oldies (in my humble opinion) make better pets. You don't have to put up with puppy or teenage behavior, they usually just want a cuddle, food, somewhere quiet and warm and are so grateful and loving in return. Like old humans they feel the cold more than younger dogs and people think older dogs are too set in their ways to adapt, but it usually isn't the case.

That's a lovely observation Sophie, some people do not imagine that. My oldies are the besties ( except for the odd deaf bark) LOVE THEM
