Dog lost in Ozankoy ..

Our neighbours golden retriever dog has gone walkabouts in the village ..
It is very light beige, has a blue collar & is micro chipped ..
May answer to its name "Lucky", all other commands would be turkish ..

I'm Fairly certain we saw the dog on Saturday near to Rafters, I actually commented on its collar. We walk the village every day for an hour, I will keep my eyes open for it.

One has been found in Esentepe, KAR have posted about another one found and also I think there was one in town found! Esentepe one the pictures are on the Pets section of this forum.
We live Catalkoy but will keep a look out. Good Luck finding 'Lucky' - hope he comes home safe and sound.

I also live in Okoy and will lookout for him, and my and the neighbours dogs will tell me if a strange dog is around.

Would there be any chance of posting a photograph of Lucky? Have you put an appeal on HelpingAnimalsNorthCyprus FB Page? Have the owners been down to see the Vets on the coast road ?
I know if one of mine went missing I would be heartbroken!

I believe this is the same missing dog, as my friend gave the exact same description of her dog who is missing. Male, blue collar, Ozankoy area, light beige Golden Retriever by the name of Lucky. Please everyone keep an eye out as he is desperately missed.

Would it be possible to find out exactly when? I think it was this dog I saw on Thursday evening at about 21.30....

This morning received a phone call to say that on Saturday an injured dog was seen near to the Muchtars office ..
After a few phone calls & the help of Zoe in the Muchtars office, were informed that the dog had been taken away & buried ..
The owner wanted to see for herself if in fact it was Lucky .. Sadly it was ..

Absolutely heartbreaking news! We are so sorry - Lucky was such a beautiful dog and so wish we could have helped more in finding him so there would have been a happy ending and not a tragic one.
