just got back to the uk after three weeks in cyprus. we were determined this time to try differrent places to eat and would highly recomend these two that we tried.
bella moon in belapais village, not as flash in apperance as some of the others up there but the people, food and sevice was second to none.
stroll inn in karakum. always looked empty when ever we drove passed but we gave it a try with friends who do visit the place. service was excellant and the food superb. try both places and you will not be disapointed.

Also in Karakum is Tanners Terrace, which is good. Iki Miz in Turkish quarter is great and authentic. Cafe Dukkan almost opposite Baris park in Girne is also good. There are quite a few good places these days.

We have had a few nice meals in Tanners, the last on our May visit. Talking to the owner about his business I remarked that the Tanners sign on the main road did little to attract customers. He thanked me and immediatly got on his phone and ordered a new illuminated one. So every time we drive past we cant help feeling that we may have helped in some small way.
