Thanks Glenn, contacted Salih who speaks very good English and was very helpful. Suggested the heater needed a service as it is over 3 years old. Agreed to meet his representative with it in Girne, who will then take to Lefkosia for a service and return within two days. Estimated cost TL100. He said a new one is now TL500. Will post how I get on.
