Hello a friend of mine would needs to HIRE a fancy dress costume - any ideas where she can this from please.

Try Mini Coutoure (no idea how to spell it!). They do adults costumes as well kids and are on the main Karakum road (the same side as Mermaid Fabrics). They is a row of shops/offices after Mermaid Fabrics heading towards Catalkoy.
