Query re MOT information

I was checking the September MOT dates, for a DT registration, and think there might be a discrepancy. The posting on Message 4 gives 11th -21st September, whereas Message 5 gives 1st -10th September, which could make a difference to the Applicant. Can someone confirm which is correct, please.

MOT dates, for a DT registered car, is 1st -10th September 2015 ..

1st to the 9th is the correct one I believe. From the BRS website
Some are wise and some otherwise.....
