Heated Swimming Pool Alsancakl/Karaoglanoglu area

Please can anyone tell me of a heated swimming pool, in Alsancak or Karaoglanoglu areas, available to a visitor for the next 2 weeks.?

The Merit Hotel in Karaoglanoglu has a heated indoor pool, although circular it is 10 metres in diameter.

I have no idea if they will accommodate your visitor for 2 weeks or what the charges will be if they do!

The ship Inn used to have a heated pool which was free to use if you had lunch there. Call in and ask them. Sorry, I do not have a phone number for you. It is in Karaoglanoglu.

The Merit Hotels usually have a fixed price for a day to visit their spas and includes luncheon. I think it is around 100TL on a weekday.

Many thanks for suggestions, I'll go visiting tomorrow, and see what's what, but my son won't want a spa,-- he has injured his back, unfortunately, -- and needs to swim daily. Something not really a possibility in the far west of Connemara at this time of year. If anyone can arrange it, he'd also like some sunshine,while here, warm if possible!!

A little bit further out but LA Hotel on the Lapta strip, have heated pool, not sure if open this time of year.

Many thanks, laptatony. I went to LA this morning, very helpful young lady--they have a heated pool, open to visitors, at 10TL a time. Couldn't be better and only a few minutes from home. So he can swim twice, or more, a day if he wishes.
