Multimax great service

Lost internet from Multimax today, wondered what was happening as this is the first time we have experienced any problems with Multimax.
Within 20 mins we had a text message saying that they were currently experiencing problems in my area and estimate the service will be restored in 1 hour.
I have been with numerous ISP's over the years and never had service like this before, usually they just leave you in the lurch and expect you to phone them, when you do phone you are put on hold until you give up, I was very impressed thank you again for such a good service.
