Computer problems!!

I have a lap top that isn't working as well as it should, despite doing the usual cleaning and spy-bot stuff regularly. Also getting Turkish ads popping up over my work. Darn nuisance. Tried phoning a guy called Chris who advertises on here but message said his number was not connected. Does anyone know of anyone who would do a home visit and give my computer the once-over???
