The Goethe Institute which is positioned in the buffer zone of the Ledra Palace area in Lefkosia announces its forthcoming activities. :-

Exhibition „Ecology.Design.Synergy“
Goethe-Institut Cyprus and the Architecture Department of University of Cyprus announce the opening of the exhibition „Ecology.Design.Synergy“, which is the result of a collaboration between the ifa (Institute for Foreign Culture Relations), and the AEDES Architecture Forum, on coming Friday, 6th March 2015 at 6 p.m. At the opening the world-renowned architect Stefan Behnish will be the key note speaker. The exhibition and the opening will take place at the Exhibition Hall of the Department of Architecture (68 Ledras Street, Nicosia Walled City). The exhibition will be on until 25th March 2015.

In the framework of the exhibition several side events will take place:

- a Walkabout by the curator of the exhibition, Frank Ockert, on Saturday, 7th March 2015 at 10 a.m. at the Exhibition Hall.

- Round-table Discussion (in Greek) on Saturday, 7th March 2015 at 11 a.m. at the Exhibition Hall.

- Film screenings of two German films dealing with the topic of climate changing on Friday, 13th and Friday 20th March 2015 at 6 p.m. at the Exhibition Hall. Admission is free!
