unlocking smartphone

I suspect the a number of phone shops in girne can do it but can anyone recommend one. Thanks.

I had one unlocked a few weeks ago ..
Down Mushroom St on the right hand side is a double fronted watch shop ..
A few metres further down on the left hand side is a phone shop ..
Cost was 100TL & took a day ..
