Our fridge / freezer decided to play up last week, the freezer was alright but the fridge would not get cold so decided to shop around for a new one, went into several shops, the last of which was next to Hur Deniz in Alsancak, small store which sells electrical appliances / internet, he asked me what was wrong with my old one, told him, instead of selling me a fridge he said to open both doors, switch off for 24 hours and try again, and guess what it is working again, better than before, this gent could have sold me a new one but instead gave me free advice, THANKS AGAIN, it saved me a lot of money
