Need HSBC IBAN /SWIFT ID URGENTLY

Trying a shortcut here as it is a Sunday.................

For people that have an account at HSBC Girne.....................


Do you know what their IBAN / SWIFT CODE IS as trying to send money from U.K.

If you put x`s where your a/c number is. I am not after your details so just the alpha bits.

This is what immediately precedes my account number TR 4300 1230 0 so the format is TR 4300 1230 0xxx xxxx xxxx xxxx

Thanks for that that may be the equivalent of the IBAN number but still need the swift code.

Think it is something like MIDBLTRXXX?????

Be careful making a transfer Malcolm, you may actually need the intermediary bank SWIFT details, not the actual HSBC details.

Intl transactions are often made via an intermediary bulk a/c with the persons a/c noted in the comments as 'for the beneficiary' and an a/c number/IBAN or similar. This varies for differing currencies even in the same bank.
Hence as you have indicated it may be Midland Bank as the inter for HSBC GBP a/c.

I am sure you may know this, just wanted to make anyone passing info aware so you get the right info.

We use to transfer from offshore and had to put HSBC Bank A.S.Turkey. Then swift code HSBCTRIX. There is also MIDLGB number but not sure if that bit was relevant to our account or what denotes cyprus bank
