Some good news for British expats in Spain & France - maybe expats in other countries will get the same positive result from EU court????

Not a chance in TRNC - if that's what you were inferring. Far more important and life threatening issues in TRNC for house "purchasers" than expats getting back some tax on what they had deducted on rental of their properties - as I see it.
