Has anyone noticed...
Yellow particles outside on furniture and scum in the pool surface? The recent rain bought this about but I have an uncomfortable feeling about this and for the record, Sahara sand isn't this colour!

If it is very fine and sticky it is probably pine pollen. Sorry to say it lasts for about 3 weeks.

Probably pollen! My nose tells me it is in the air - wish it would go away, either my nose or the pollen, I could do without it every year but at least when it is here it is beautiful when I can see through the tears..........
No matter how hard the past, you can always begin again.

I thought Mimosa (Acacia)but my tree split and was cut down 2 years ago. Still yellow dust every where, now from the Pine trees. When it is windy you can actually see it blowing off them.

We have lots indoors and outdoors, comes off the pine tree next to us. Blows off the male pine cone.

Waddo if you put a little vaseline in each nostril it helps to trap the pollen and might ease your hay fever. I went into the garden with the torch the other night and the air was so full of dust and tiny flies its a wonder we can breathe!

The answer is nasaleze - it coats the inside of your nose with a very fine inert powder, which completely stops pollen etc. from affecting your breathing (as long as you breathe through your nose, of course!).
More effective than anti-histamines, and no side effects.
They do direct mail order, and Boots now stock it as well.
