Opening hours: Kyrenia P.O./Ins and outs office

I tried doing a search on Cyprus44 but got some weird results today. Does anyone know what time the Girne post office opens and when the ins and outs office opens? And also, what's the tax stamp for an ins and outs?

the in and out office was open mornings at the police station and i think its was 7.50 stamps but as we all know it may have changed

Thanks, Andrew. In the end we saw the Muktar first to get our proof of residency paper, then went into the ins and outs office to find to our surprise no-one else there so we got processed straight away. Went to Nicosia to see Customs for our exemption form and got caught up in a huge demonstration by farmers angry at non-payment of their bills by the government. Gawd, never seen so many big tractors in all my life, and all going slow! Hope they get paid.
