Pump repair shop Alsancak

Has anyone had a submersible pump repaired at this shop in the last week and if so could you check that you have the correct pump as mine has gone missing it's a small Chinese make with a faulty float switch. They seem to think I have taken it and won't except responsibility for its disappearance which I find remarkable.

Went to shop today they admitted it was missing at last but said I will charge you 60tl for the repair of the missing pump which was never repaired, as it sat there a few days ago untouched, and I then I was asked to give him 100tl for a replacement pump which they have lost.
If it didn't sounds so crazy I could of been angry at the time but I just had to laugh.
All this just for a simple float switch replacement I could of had repair

Problem resolved and the owner credit where credit is due was a real gentleman at the end of the day and replaced the pump with a new one.
I would suggest though that you get a receipt for any pumps you leave there and a picture as there are dozens of pumps there for repair all looking the same.
