Ledra Palace Parking

It's years since I've crossed over at Ledra Palace to go south. Can anyone tell me if there is ample car parking nearby. Once I've cleared the checkpoint is there a taxi rank within a short walking distance?

We crossed last year. There was a place to park just around the corner. As you approach checkpoint turn right and then left - piece of rough ground to park on. Sometimes there is someone there collecting a parking fee (peanuts) and other times not. After crossing we have often found a couple of taxis outside a small cafe on right hand side. If not a short 200mtr walk and we found another cafe with taxis outside.
