LOOKING FOR LONG TERM RENTAL (FOREVER).........

I am looking for a long term rental, and since I intend to spend the rest of my days here............that's long term, I would like a two/three bedroom villa/bungalow, must have a garden as I have two small dogs (so must be enclosed) pool would be nice but not essential, Lapta/Karsiyakia area, unfurnished as I have brought my own from the UK, I am a single retired lady who would take care of your property like it was my own, and who pays her bills on time (sometimes before there due!!) has anyone got anything?
