I've forgotten our baggage allowances for our Stansted/Ercan flights, I thought we had an extra allowance but can't see any indication on the eticket. I seem to remember this last time and when we checked in we were told yes you have the extra allowance (even though it wasn't shown on the ticket). I can't sign in with the Pegasus website (I tried to type in a password and the characters don't even show) and I can't find adequate info elsewhere on the website. The only clue I have is our outward flight is a class U and class Z back (which I'm hoping means I booked extra allowance on the outward leg but not the return leg). There is an 0845 number which I'll try from my mobile tomorrow but if that service is anything like the website I sense more frustration. Anyone more knowledgeable on this than me please?
Many thanks

Re: Pegasus baggage
They often issue a separate ticket for the extra baggage & you can get into the website using your PNR no & your surname. I have been able to speak to them on the phone previously if you have no joy on the 0845 no try the Turkish call centre listed on the website.

Re: Pegasus baggage
We had a problem once with seating on a plane and the Turkish helpline personnel were absolutely terrific, in fact after a while when it was obvious the problem couldn't be solved quickly, they asked for our mobile and phoned us back. I was using Skype and I wouldn't have minded hanging on.

Re: Pegasus baggage
does anyone know the size of hand luggage permitted from Stanstead to Ercan. No problems with the inward flight, but I do remember
Stanstead are very strict on the outward flight?

Re: Pegasus baggage
All the details are on their website, use this link: http://www.flypgs.com/en/information/general-rules.aspx
20 cm x 40 cm x 55 cm, and weighing a maximum of 8 kg.
I have just come back with them from Stansted, they didn't weigh my hand baggage this time, but have done in the past.

Re: Pegasus baggage
I posted this yesterday but it didn’t appear and held off in posting again in case it appeared twice so apologies for the late reply.
Thanks for the responses, noticed my e-ticket does actually say (bag) 20, and all the small print on the website suggests 20kg (as guru found) though I was sure I’d booked with the 25kg option. Couldn’t log onto “my profile” at all but did manage to log into “my ticket” and there it was - 25kg each in both directions so it seems there is conflicting information on the Pegasus website (for me at least).
Off to cram some more stuff in the case now!
