TA flight TK1996 16.05 from Manchetser yesterday

Hi just wondering if anyone flew out on this flight yesterday. Looks like it was very late leaving Manchester so would have been very late for Istanbul connection. We are due to fly out on same flight 9th May would be helpful to know what happened in terms of connecting flight onto Ercan. Thanks.

When our flight has been delayed in the past they held the Ercan flight for us, TA don't want to have to put you up in a hotel !

Whether this would have had anything to do with it, but runway closed at Istanbul due to fire on one of planes.
