I have realised I may be marginally lactose intolerant but normally have yoghurt for breakfast every day. Can anyone recommend a yoghurt which may be better suited?
Thanks for any advice.

Strained yoghurt has less lactose. Even normal yoghurt has a lot less lactose than milk. So you may be ok eating either if your intolerance is mild.

Of the Suzme yoghurt available the KOOP brand has the least fat too - so that's not so bad for those watching their weight - WHICH I'M NOT! but maybe I should be....
